Business Relationship Management

We are looking for a Project Management Officer (PMO) with Business Relationship Management (BRM) experience to join our team! If you have a strong background in managing technological projects while bridging the gap between IT and business units, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities:

✔ Understand the business processes and needs of the relevant business unit (the “client”).

✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with business unit managers, planning managers, key stakeholders, and end users.

✔ Gain deep knowledge of relevant information systems, including integrations and interfaces.

✔ Assist in prioritizing business requirements and ensuring their completeness as part of the annual and quarterly work plan process.

✔ Manage expectations between stakeholders, ensuring transparency and removing roadblocks.

✔ Identify opportunities for improving business processes through technology and present innovative ideas.

✔ Represent the business unit’s interests in relevant committees, meetings, and workgroups.

✔ Support conflict resolution and change management in the work plan.

✔ Identify and assess potential project risks, offering solutions to mitigate them.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or Information Systems – required

- At least 3 years of experience in managing technological/IT projects with business units – required

- Proven experience in defining and implementing business processes – required

- Experience in a BRM role – required
