Paragon is a fast-growing cyber intelligence company that is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry. Based in Tel Aviv, we are a young, innovative company with a cutting-edge product.
We are looking for an NOC Team Leader to manage our highly skilled team. The individual will be a key part in providing technical support for advanced, industry-leading Paragon products.
Responsibilities
- Incident Management: Supervise real-time network monitoring and ensure efficient Alert and incident response.
- Team Oversight: Lead, mentor, and manage the NOC team, overseeing scheduling and daily tasks to maintain optimal coverage.
- Root Cause Analysis: Facilitate post-incident analysis and documentation to prevent future issues and support continuous improvement.
- Escalation Management: Manage incident escalations, ensuring timely communication and resolution with technical and support teams.
- SOP Development: Develop, refine, and maintain SOPs for Alert & incident management, ensuring clear processes for the team.
- System Health Reporting: Generate regular reports on network health, incident trends, and team performance.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training to the NOC team, ensuring readiness for troubleshooting and resolving network issues and analytical skills.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in NOC, support team or a similar role.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of network monitoring tools, escalation procedures, and system health metrics.
- Leadership Skills: Minimum 1 year of experience and proven ability to lead and manage a NOC or technical support team, ensuring accountability and clear communication.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to facilitate root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively document incidents and collaborate with internal and external teams.
- Availability: Willingness to be available during critical incidents or outages, ensuring 24/7 operational support.
- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with industry-standard tools for monitoring, reporting, ticketing and team collaboration.
