Job Summary:

We are looking for a Cargo Planning Coordinator to manage and optimize cargo loads for our flights. This role ensures efficient cargo buildup, coordination with service providers, and compliance with operational guidelines to maximize payload and volume.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and adjust cargo loads based on sales bookings and operational needs.
• Coordinate with service providers in real time to ensure proper cargo buildup.
• Monitor and verify that booked shipments are included in flights.
• Ensure maximum utilization of aircraft space while following safety and security protocols.
• Follow internal guidelines and procedures for smooth cargo operations.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in cargo airline operations, freight forwarding, or GSA.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
