Chief Marketing Officer

On behalf of our client a fintech company offering a cutting-edge SaaS product that serves an international B2C market. We are looking for a VP of Marketing with over 10 years of proven experience in driving marketing strategies to lead our efforts in a dynamic environment. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive business growth, strengthen our global presence, and achieve departmental goals. You will also play a key leadership role in shaping the company’s market strategy while managing and scaling a high-performing marketing team.

Responsibilities:

• The VP Marketing is a member of senior management reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer. • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive growth, customer acquisition, and brand visibility.

• Oversee digital marketing channels including PPC, SEO, SEM, digital communication, social media, content marketing, and other, to enhance brand presence. Responsibility for the management and performance of the company's websites.

• Lead and manage cross-functional marketing teams, including content, design, and studio teams, while mentoring managers and fostering collaboration.

Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI, ensuring all marketing spend is strategically aligned with company goals.

• Collaborate with other departments in the company, including technology, product, and internal teams, to ensure cohesive and effective company strategies.

• Stay up to date with industry trends in fintech, finance, and online industries, identifying opportunities to enhance marketing strategies and performance.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on fintech, financial services, online, or gaming sectors. Previous experience in a global company- a must.

• Proven success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (PPC, SEO, SEM, social media, content).

• Proven experience managing budgets, with a focus on making the most of spending to get the best possible return (ROI).

• Ability to develop and implement both strategic vision and tactical marketing plans.

• Experience leading marketing teams in fast-paced environments, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
