Security Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Officer to fully manage the company’s security operations. This dynamic role involves overseeing security at our facilities both in Israel and internationally, developing and implementing security protocols, managing risk strategies, and ensuring the protection of company assets.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage internal and external security teams.

Safeguard company assets, including inventory, infrastructure, and mitigating damages and loss.

Oversee candidate screening processes, including polygraph tests and interviews.

Manage risk assessments, incident response, and crisis management.

Drive and implement security enhancement projects across all company locations.

Requirements:

At least 4 years of security experience in the industrial and retail sectors.

Proven experience with low voltage systems.

Experience in interrogation and questioning techniques.

High availability and responsiveness outside standard working hours.
