🚀 We’re Hiring: VP of Finance

A prestigious family office in central Tel Aviv is seeking a highly skilled VP of Finance to oversee our financial strategy and operations, including taxation, both in Israel and worldwide.

What You’ll Do:

✔️ Lead the preparation of financial reports and tax filings across the group’s entities.

✔️ Provide expert tax advice (Israeli & international) and implement strategic tax planning.

✔️ Manage the financial aspects of real estate transactions, including financing.

✔️ Oversee investments, liquid asset management, and foreign currency operations.

✔️ Build and monitor budgets, cash flow, revenues, and payments.

✔️ Manage the companies communication with the world’s top banks.

✔️ Ensure full compliance with the firm’s regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

📚 A CPA with at least 4 years of experience, ideally from a Big 4 accounting firm.

🎓 A bachelor’s degree in accounting is required; an MBA or Master’s in Economics is a plus.

🌍 Expertise in Israeli financial reporting and taxation; international taxation knowledge would be an advantage.

💡 Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

🌟 A proactive, self learning leader who can independently drive financial initiatives.

🌐 Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is essential.
