CTO

Jerusalem based startup developing a pedestrian safety device using AI is looking to hire a CTO to get this project off the ground.

The ideal candidate will have most of the following criteria:

• Experience in developing and commercializing novel technologies, preferably in the Automotive/ADAS sector. 
• Demonstrated expertise in AI and software development.
• Experience in leading product design, prototype testing, and small -medium-scale production.
• Experience in securing funding, including grants and venture capital investment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to a non-technical audience.
• Hands-on, resourceful, problem-solving orientation.constantly strive to drive plans to completion.
• Passion for creating innovative solutions to global challenge

This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting and dynamic startup focused on saving lives.

Please bear in mind that as we are an early stage start-up, we are limited in our ability to pay a full salary before raising funds, however there is an opportunity for founder equity or part salary+ equity. Additionally, at this stage it may not be necessary to work full time on this project.
