Operational Technology Manager

We're hiring! - looking for an OT Manager with a strong passion for technology to play a central role in improving processes and infrastructure in our production systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the OT strategy within the organization, including writing procedures and translating them into practical implementation
• Map the current situation, identify gaps and opportunities, and plan improvement initiatives
• Oversee and track the implementation of work plans at our plants
• Manage organizational knowledge in the OT field and build annual budgets while adhering to deadlines
• Draw conclusions and improve projects based on lessons learned

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Control Engineering or Information Systems
• At least 5 years of experience leading or managing OT in an industrial company
• Experience with PLCs, industrial communication protocols, and HMI/SCADA systems
• Familiarity with Allen Bradley and Siemens controllers
• Experience in designing OT infrastructure and integrating equipment into OT environments
• Orientation towards Information Systems - a significant advantage
