WAF Specialist

We're looking for a WAF Specialist to join our team in a large and successful company in Center Israel.

Responsibilities:

-Configure, manage, and maintain Web Application Firewalls (WAF) to protect web applications from cyber threats

-Monitor, analyze and respond to security alerts and other security systems

-Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure network security best practices are implemented and maintained

-Conduct threat and risk analysis to identify potential security issues and vulnerabilities

-Investigate and resolve security incidents and breaches, ensuring proper documentation and reporting

-Utilize communication equipment and protocol analysis tools to diagnose and resolve network security issues

-Follow and enhance incident response processes to manage and mitigate security incidents effectively

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience working with information security systems such as WAF / DBFW / SIEM
• Experience working with communication equipment and knowledge of protocol analysis
• Ability to analyze cyber threats and risks, analyze and handle information security incidents
• Experience working with the Mitre methodology - an advantage
