Melam Payroll Plus is seeking a Payroll & Finance Representative for Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) at the Ben Gurion Airport campus. Key Responsibilities:

Perform payroll analysis, agreement implementation, and financial settlements

Handle pension and financial reconciliations

What We’re Looking For:

At least 1 year of experience in payroll/finance

Strong analytical skills and ability to assess work processes

Self-learning abilities

Familiarity with Melam Payroll System – advantage

Advanced proficiency in Excel (complex formulas)

Degree in Economics or Payroll Accounting – mandatory
