Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Algorithms to lead our algorithm development team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, developing, and implementing innovative algorithms to address complex challenges in deep learning domains. As a crucial member of our technical leadership, you will play a pivotal role in driving technological advancements and ensuring the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of algorithm engineers and data scientists.
• Define and execute the algorithm development roadmap, aligning it with the company’s overall strategy and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers, to ensure seamless integration of algorithms into our products and solutions.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in algorithmic research and implement best practices in algorithm development.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide mentorship, and identify opportunities for professional development within the team.
• Oversee the design, development, testing, and optimization of algorithms for Vision AI
• Evaluate and select appropriate tools, platforms, and technologies for algorithm development.
  
  

• A Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in algorithm development, with a proven track record of successfully leading algorithm teams.
• Proficiency in Python
• Strong knowledge of specific technologies, frameworks, or methodologies relevant to your industry.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
