In this role you will:

• Act as the frontline support, navigating internal resources to deliver accurate, timely service.
• Provide real-time technical support for HSBC Innovation Banking’s clients in a timely manner.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and an understanding of client priorities.
• Offer client advisory services to drive operational efficiencies, reduce errors, and promote self-service.
• Provide tailor services to client needs to achieve positive client satisfaction outcomes.
  
  

You should apply if you have:

• Professional fluency in English and Hebrew. Role holder is based in Israel.
• Solid experience in customer service roles.
• Demonstrated experience in ongoing client relationship management.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, prioritization, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex issues clearly and professionally to both internal and external audiences.
• Collaborative mindset, working closely with Operations, Product, and Front Office teams to ensure seamless client service.
• Enthusiastic about delivering a high-quality client experience.
