Job Description

As a Content Associate, you will be an integral part of our dynamic retail platform team, contributing to the onboarding process for our valuable retail partners. Working collaboratively with team members and retail partnership managers, your role involves designing and building exceptional retail menus. You will take into consideration various factors, including user experience, interface design, legal compliance, product capabilities, and our diverse range of partners.

This specific role focuses specifically on the Supermarkets and Pharm sector within the rapidly growing Israeli retail landscape. You will play a crucial role in assisting existing partners in extending their selections and onboarding new partners to the platform.

You will contribute to the establishment of menus that enhance the Wolt brand and also cater to the unique needs of our incoming grocery partners. This position is ideal for someone eager to be part of a team shaping the future of grocery and pharm in Israeli retail through innovative and user-centric platform solutions.

Description

• Retail partners onboarding - creating retail menus on the Wolt platform.
• Ensuring the partner’s menus on the platform are up to date.
• Supporting Retail partners with “menu” updates and any technical difficulty in that domain.
• Providing a valuable opportunity for continuous learning and participation in refining platform capabilities.
• Contributing to a positive user experience for both the incoming brand and the Wolt brand.
  
  

• Highly technical oriented
• Experience in Excel (Vlookup, Pivot, Concatenate, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in Adobe Suits
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-learning ability
