Your Responsibilities:

👉 Direct management of a recruitment team consisting of 4 recruiters.

👉 Ongoing monitoring of team performance and achieving goals.

👉 Managing interfaces with internal and external stakeholders in the recruitment process.

👉 Ensuring customer satisfaction.

👉 Implementing and integrating advanced work processes.

What Are We Looking For?

✔️ Relevant Bachelor’s degree.

✔️ At least 2 years of experience managing a tech recruitment team (4 team members or more).

✔️ Proven expertise in sourcing through social media platforms.

✔️ Minimum of 2 years of experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.

✔️ High-level English proficiency.

✔️ Significant advantage for candidates with experience in building a tech recruitment team.
