Financial Operations Specialist

Efficient Frontier is a fast-growing fin-tech startup. We’re one of the largest digital asset markets, handling over $200M+ in daily traded volume across numerous exchanges, markets and financial products. We’re partners with the biggest crypto exchanges out there, where we provide liquidity & market making services.

About the Role:

We are looking for talented finance and crypto enthusiasts to join our operations team and help shape the future of cryptocurrency markets.

This is a challenging and interesting role where you will be responsible for the management of the company's funds. This role is an excellent gateway into the world of crypto and trading. You'll get to explore and learn from industry leading professionals. This is a great opportunity to grow and develop in the fin-tech and crypto industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and oversee the overall trading activities in the company
• Generate, implement & maintain operational reports, processes, and procedures
• Recommend & implement improvements to the company's infrastructure by maintaining a broad perspective
• Utilize data in order to create a wider outlook and understanding
• Research on both historical and real time data in order to deliver essential insights
• Analyze ongoing activities at all levels including volumes, P&L, and capital efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in the finance industry
• B.A in finance/economics/accounting or equivalent analytical experience
• Advanced excel skills (SQL/BI knowledge - an advantage)
• Strong analytical skills
• Responsible, detail oriented and self learner
• Possesses high organizational, prioritizing and time management skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and still delve into details when necessary
• Able to work both independently and in a team
• Willingness to work during off hours / weekends if needed
• Experience in back/middle office in a trading/investment firm - an advantage
• Knowledge in Crypto - a significant advantage
• High proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
• A crypto and trading enthusiast
