Job Description

As a Performance Engineer, your role will involve designing and implementing performance-testing strategies and solutions for various applications

and systems.

You will be responsible for building complex environments which simulate critical systems in CyberArk. Your coding, scripting, and troubleshooting expertise will be utilized to analyze and resolve performance issues with existing systems.

You will work closely with different teams from R&D to ensure performance requirements are met and develop and maintain performance monitoring tools and metrics.

Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be utilized to research and evaluate new performance tools and technologies to improve existing systems. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining performance reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering related field/technology Elite unit alumni with relevant experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance engineering
• Strong background in scripting and troubleshooting
• Strong root cause analysis abilities
• Be able to suggest possible solutions for performance issues
• Experience in building complex environments
• Experience working with various performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing performance testing strategies and solutions for complex and enterprise-grade products.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
• Motivation, proactivity, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, good writing skills
  
  

• Experience with taking performance testing from E2E – from design to analysis
• Technical leading abilities
• Experience in working with databases, being able to create queries to analyze system performance
