What will you be doing?

• Report to the Head of Global Payroll.
• Prepare and process monthly payroll for 750+ employees.
• Support payroll processes and ensure accurate end-to-end payroll operations.
• Update information and communicate with HR and finance teams.
• Address employee payroll questions.
• Manage pension operations and insurance submissions.
• Handle employee terminations, including related forms and taxes.
  
  

• HILAN experience - Must
• 5 years of payroll experience - Must
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Accounting experience - Advantage
• Proficient in Excel and report analysis.
• Global payroll experience - Advantage
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
