Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead and mentor a development team, providing both technical guidance and personal leadership to drive success.

✅ Take full ownership of technological solutions, ensuring seamless, scalable, and efficient development processes.

✅ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, product managers, and infrastructure teams, to translate business needs into robust technological solutions.

✅ Design, implement, and optimize server-side applications and database interactions for high-performance systems.

✅ Ensure end-to-end solution architecture while maintaining high coding standards and best practices.

Requirements:

✔️ Proven experience in server-side development using C# and ASP.NET – Mandatory.

✔️ Hands-on experience with Angular – Mandatory.

✔️ Strong knowledge of relational databases, including Oracle or SQL Server, with expertise in writing stored procedures – Mandatory.

✔️ Solid infrastructure knowledge, including IIS servers and configuration management – Mandatory.

✔️ Ability to lead and manage complex technological projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

✔️ Strong system-wide perspective, capable of designing and implementing end-to-end solutions.
