The Team

Chesamel has a large team of marketing experts delivering on client projects across the globe, ranging from fully integrated and embedded consultancy to ad-hoc on demand project delivery. You will be joining a collective focused on delivering excellent client servicing while leading business transformation for our clients.

About the Role

As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will be an integral part of our client's success in Israel, acting as the linchpin between regional and local marketing teams and global operations. You will empower these teams to execute their marketing strategies effectively and efficiently, ensuring alignment with the client's overarching objectives. This role is a unique blend of strategic planning, operational execution, and stakeholder management, requiring a data-driven and results-oriented individual.

You will contribute to shaping the team's operational processes - helping the team to roll out campaigns while focusing on our client’s highest priorities. You will contribute to their operations excellence by managing and improving operational processes, including leading the team's quarterly activity planning, managing the team’s budget, and serving as the key POC for the team with finance. You will work closely with our client’s global teams (S&O, finance, legal, compliance) to ensure alignment and streamline operational processes.

Ideal candidates will be data-driven, with a hypothesis-driven approach to problem-solving. They should have strong quantitative skills, comfort in tackling broad-reaching and ambiguous questions, and the ability to communicate and work collaboratively and cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels.

Core Responsibilities:

• Managing and monitoring team resources, including ad hoc requests.
• Collaborating with Finance to manage marketing budgets across various strategies and markets, ensuring both flexible resource management and cost-effective spending.
• Developing and maintaining tools to enhance data accessibility and decision-making.
• Designing playbooks and training programs to elevate the team's professional expertise.
• Acting as our client’s marketing representative for Israel in cross functional and global operational forums.

Required qualifications:

• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills: with a comfort at operating as an embedded consultant delivering directly on client projects as part of an integrated marketing service
• Proven experience in Marketing, Consulting, Project Management, or Budgeting.
• Exceptional project management skills, including multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to develop, understand, and implement strategic and operational plans.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Organizational and entrepreneurial skills
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends and present key findings using both quantitative and analytical skills and apply to future programs
• Experience successfully working with cross-functional marketing teams
