NOC

Responsibilities:

1. Continuous monitoring, management, and operation of the IT systems and infrastructure across three shifts (24/6 schedule).
2. Incident handling at Tier 1 and occasionally Tier 2 levels.
3. Execution and tracking of changes in production systems.
4. Operating and maintaining diverse technological environments, including:

• Operating systems: Windows, Linux, and Unix.
• Central storage infrastructures: Disk controllers, switches.
• Virtualization and containerization: VMware, Kubernetes.
• Communication infrastructures and security equipment.
• Enterprise monitoring systems like Splunk or Dynatrace.

Requirements:

• Proven background in operating and monitoring IT systems in organizational environments, at least at Tier 1 level.
• Hands-on experience with at least one monitoring system (Splunk or Dynatrace is preferred).
• Familiarity with operating systems: Strong expertise in at least one (Windows/Linux/Unix), with a working knowledge of others.
• Basic familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of central storage infrastructures, networking, and security equipment (advantageous).
• Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) are a plus.
• Familiarity with mainframe (MF) systems is a significant advantage.
