HR Business Application Lead

Description

Our growing Data and information technology unit is looking for a HRIS Business Applications Lead to build best-in-class business tools, automations, and integrations to support the People unit and processes innovation, growth, and efficiency.

As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing our different HR platforms, leading a team, supporting People processes and ensuring the effective implementation, customization, and maintenance of our different solutions aligned with our business objectives.

The role entails collaboration with executive leaders to identify, define, and implement changes and enhancements to meet business requirements in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

About The Role

• Build and lead an E2E high-performing Domain, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
• Take ownership of HR platform configuration, customization, and maintenance, ensuring best practices for data management, integrations, and user adoption.
• Partner with business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions from concept to post-deployment.
• Proactively drive impactful initiatives that enhance organizational efficiency and user experience.
  
  

• Strong technical skills, hands-on approach, and a passion for end-to-end implementation (3+ years)
• API and integration experience (must).
• Proven experience managing SAP SuccessFactors in medium-to-large organizations (advantage).
• Deep understanding of HR business processes and best practices (advantage).
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills (English and Hebrew).
