• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, fostering strong relationships, facilitating meetings, and ensuring transparent, effective communication.
• Proactively identify potential risks, develop contingency plans, and manage any issues to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all information is current and accessible.
• Oversee the project closure process, including final documentation, evaluations, and the seamless handover of deliverables, leveraging lessons learned for future success.

What You’ll Bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Approximately 8 years of experience in project management, specifically within the high-tech or software development industry, with a proven track record of leading and delivering complex, large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership skills in developing and executing project plans, defining objectives, timelines, and aligning cross-functional teams.
• High professional proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills for managing relationships, negotiating expectations, and influencing stakeholders.
• Expertise in risk management, contingency planning, and quality assurance, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A strategic mindset for continuous improvement, with a focus on optimizing processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Agility in managing multiple projects, adapting to changing priorities, and maintaining focus under pressure.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and Asana.
