Information Systems Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Information Systems (IS) Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-departmental projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role will primarily focus on managing company-wide initiatives related to our Billing System. You will centralize project planning, monitor progress, enhance collaboration across teams, and provide clear visibility into the project roadmap.

This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Information Systems and requires exceptional project management skills, stakeholder engagement at all organizational levels, and expertise in Quote-to-Cash business processes and related systems (CRM, CPQ, Billing, ERP, etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee the creation and execution of detailed project plans, align timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple teams to maintain progress and achieve project milestones.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders across IS, Finance, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and other departments to prioritize initiatives and ensure alignment with the roadmap.
• Progress Monitoring and Communication: Develop and maintain project plans, manage priorities, risks and dependencies, and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing complex, cross-departmental IS related projects, with a focus on the Quote-to-Cash domain.
• Expertise in project planning, priorities and dependencies management, risk mitigation, and progress communication.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Agile methods.
• Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout project lifecycles.
• Proven success working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for engaging with stakeholders across all levels.
• Self-driven and able to take direction and drive results, assertive and working well under pressure.
• Outstanding attention to details and organizational skills.
• Experience in a global high-tech organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent degree.
