We're looking for an experienced and highly skilled DevOps & Cloud Lead to take ownership of our innovation-driven infrastructure. This is a key leadership position, managing multiple teams of top-tier DevOps engineers working with Azure & OpenShift.

What You’ll Do:

🔹 Lead and mentor 10+ DevOps engineers, driving innovation and efficiency.

🔹 Oversee cloud-based, containerized infrastructure with a focus on Azure & OpenShift.

🔹 Define and implement cutting-edge DevOps strategies in large-scale environments.

🔹 Ensure best practices for CI/CD, automation, security, and performance optimization.

🔹 Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align DevOps initiatives with business goals.

What We're Looking For:

✅ 6+ years of hands-on DevOps & Cloud experience in large-scale organizations.

✅ Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing DevOps teams.

✅ Strong expertise in public cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and containerized infrastructure (OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker).

✅ Deep technical understanding with the ability to mentor top-tier engineers.

✅ A growth mindset, strategic thinking, and a passion for innovation.
