Naval Air Defense Program Manager

The Missile & Space Systems Division is looking for a Naval Air Defense Program Manager to lead a strategic project integrating air defense systems on naval vessels for an international client.

What will you do:

• Lead the integration program for air defense systems on naval platforms for a foreign client.
• Oversee contract negotiations, document agreements, and actively participate in customer negotiations.
• Manage business, technical, and project interfaces, including budgets, contracts, engineering, performance, deliveries, and milestones.
• Drive the development, integration, testing, and validation processes, including leading field trials with the customer.
• Manage subcontractors in Israel and abroad.
• Work closely with leading global naval system manufacturers.
• Matrix management of engineering, budgeting, contracting, production, ILS, and customer service teams.

What we’re looking for:

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering – mandatory.
• M.Sc. in Engineering or Business Administration – an advantage.
• 3+ years of experience leading development projects valued at over $20M – mandatory.
• Strong technical background and involvement in complex system integrations (System of Systems) and C4I/C&C systems – mandatory.
• Proven experience working with international clients – mandatory.
• Willingness to travel abroad – mandatory.
• Matrix management experience – mandatory.
• Familiarity with weapon systems, missile defense, or air defense technologies – a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of naval platforms and air defense systems – an advantage.
• Experience with radar systems – an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in Hebrew & English – mandatory.
