Education:

A relevant academic degree is an advantage, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering & Management.

Role Overview:

Leading initiatives that combine business data analysis with building organizational data repositories, including:

▪ Understanding business processes and having a broad view of systems in large financial organizations.

▪ Establishing and managing the enterprise data catalog.

▪ Providing hybrid solutions for business requirements by leveraging existing data capabilities alongside new technologies.

▪ Writing high-level specifications for processes that extract information from operational systems into the organizational data platform.

▪ Collaborating with teams across the organization: business data teams, process engineering, development teams, and various bank departments.

Professional Requirements:

▪ 4 years of experience in data management & analytics.

▪ 3 years of experience in the financial/banking sector.

▪ 3 years of hands-on experience with SQL / SPARK for data analysis.

▪ Strong interpersonal skills.

Additional Advantages:

▪ Familiarity with Cloudera or similar data platform tools.

▪ Experience in data modeling and ETL process specifications (S2T).
