Buligo Capital, a publicly traded real estate investment firm, is seeking a skilled **Sales Specialist** to join our team in Ramat Gan, Israel.

This role involves engaging with potential investors, especially High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and family offices,

through sales meetings, building strong investor relationships, and managing end-to-end sales processes to support our capital-raising efforts.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Fundraising Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies focused on securing investments from HNWIs and family offices to meet capital-raising targets. 

• Investor Meetings: Conduct meetings with prospective investors, presenting the firm's offerings, answering inquiries, and guiding investors through the decision-making process. 

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with both potential and existing investors, acting as a key point of contact. 

• Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor activity to refine sales approaches and identify potential opportunities. 

• Networking & Representation: Represent Buligo Capital at industry events, conferences, and seminars to expand our investor network.

Qualifications

• Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in the real estate or financial investment sectors, with a strong background in working with HNWIs and family offices. 

• Real Estate Knowledge: Solid understanding of real estate investments, market dynamics, and industry trends. 

• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional relationship-building skills with an ability to engage and connect with investors effectively. 

• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly convey investment opportunities and concepts. 

• Results-oriented: Goal-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets. 

• Professionalism & Integrity: High ethical standards with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and trust. 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field. Additional certifications in sales or real estate are a plus. 

• English Proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
