Technology Buyer

We at Bynet Communications are looking for a Technology Buyer for a role that involves end-to-end technology procurement management, with an emphasis on working with suppliers and subcontractors, leading negotiation processes, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

What will your day look like?

• Managing procurement processes for hardware, software, communication equipment, and related services.
• Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best prices and terms.
• Drafting, managing, and overseeing commercial agreements.
• Identifying and implementing cost-reduction opportunities and improving existing procurement processes.
• Managing tenders, including receiving bids and collaborating with internal teams.
• Monitoring and handling invoices, coordinating with finance departments.
• Using ERP systems and Excel for data analysis, tracking, and reporting.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• 2-4 years of experience in technology procurement.
• Proven negotiation skills and experience in deal-making.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, and a proactive approach.
• Willingness to work overtime if necessary.
