About this role:

In your Role, you will be the authoritative consultant for solving technological challenges, overseeing all core IT infrastructure components, and identifying innovative solutions to meet evolving IT requirements. You will lead mapping, identifying, and delivering technological solutions while crafting future roadmaps to ensure Aidoc stays at the forefront of IT excellence.

You will be a key part of the IT Team, reporting to the Director of IT.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the organization’s infrastructure and system architecture, delivering professional, scalable, and high-quality solutions for complex challenges.
• Continuously assess and update existing infrastructure technologies to ensure relevancy and effectiveness.
• Plan, lead, and implement IT projects, including rollouts and infrastructure upgrades, with full project management responsibility.
• Review current technologies and identify areas for improvement to formulate future technology roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Work with team members on core infrastructure issues, providing holistic solutions and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to coordinate smooth implementation and delivery of IT initiatives.
• Act as a mentor to technical support staff, offering oversight, coaching, and training for new systems and processes.
• Embed security best practices into all infrastructure designs, including principles like Zero Trust, IAM, encryption standards, and regulatory compliance.
  
  

• Proven experience in implementing IT projects, including rolling out complex multidisciplinary IT solutions in on-premises and cloud environments.
• Strong expertise in managing IT infrastructure, balancing modern technology adoption with reliability and security.
• A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with virtualization technologies, advanced networking solutions (switches, firewalls, routers, load balancers), security technologies (antivirus, DLP, IPS, firewalls, NAC), and storage technologies (SAN, NAS, DAS).
• Experience with SaaS production environments in private and public clouds such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Experience working with various business departments to coordinate the implementation of IT projects.
• Introduce and manage monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Familiarity with working in DevOps-driven environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Ability to identify opportunities for automation and execute solutions effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under time pressure.
• Comfort working with cutting-edge technologies and assimilating new information rapidly.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (preferred).
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a technical support or IT infrastructure role.
