Marketing and International Projects Supervisor

The Marcom Unit is seeking a Marketing and International Projects Specialist with experience in leading processes, producing marketing materials, and creative thinking. The role includes responsibility for marketing projects, planning and executing marketing plans, and implementing the Technion's marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Planning, establishing, and managing marketing projects across all areas related to the Marcom and international marketing departments.

Creation and Management of Marketing Outputs: Managing online and offline marketing materials, including advertising materials, promotional items, and branding materials in collaboration with advertising agencies and external suppliers.

Internal Collaboration: Coordinating with faculties and internal stakeholders to execute marketing campaigns and outputs according to the unit's needs and the Technion's strategy.

Execution of Marketing Plans: Implementing and managing marketing plans, meeting targets, and working with external suppliers.

Integration into International Marketing: Participating in the Technion's international marketing efforts and developing activities.

Assisting with Ongoing Tasks: Supporting the unit and department with various tasks as needed.

Required Skills:

Relevant academic degree.

Significant advantage: Experience in client management at an advertising agency.

Proven ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in diverse areas.

Proven experience in marketing (including digital), campaign management, and process initiation.

Experience in creating marketing content.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team and build relationships easily.

Strong planning, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.

Ability to work independently and handle challenges and multiple tasks.

High-level English proficiency is an advantage.

Proficiency in Canva and Smoove is an advantage
