We’re seeking a motivated and dynamic SDR to join our growing team. This role is essential in driving new business, generating opportunities, and setting the foundation for successful sales engagements.
The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify, research, and engage potential customers using tools like LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and other lead-generation methods.
- Outreach: Initiate outbound communication through emails and social selling to generate interest and set up meetings for the Sales team.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a consistent flow of leads into the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting in the CRM.
- Display self-discipline and focus to effectively manage an intense, high-volume pipeline through strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine targeting strategies, messaging, and outreach campaigns.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to tailor outreach strategies.
- Feedback Loop: Provide insights from prospects and leads to inform product and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- Experience: 1–2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role (or relevant internship experience); SaaS or tech sales experience is a plus.
- AdTech experience- advantage
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident in cold outreach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English. Other languages- advantage
- CRM Expertise: Proficiency in using CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.- advantage
- Resilience: A self-starter with a positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection.
- Achieve quarterly goals and productivity levels as defined by sales management.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with tools for email automation, data enrichment, and prospecting (e.g., ZoomInfo, SimilarWeb, or similar).
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset, eager to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Data-Driven: Analytical approach to tracking performance and refining outreach tactics.
