Director of AppSec & DevSec

About the Role

As Director of AppSec & DevSecOps, you’ll lead a team dedicated to securing applications, platforms, and cloud environments in a dynamic and innovative setting. Collaborating closely with engineering, product, and business teams, you’ll drive security strategies, oversee risk assessments, and implement robust controls across multi-cloud infrastructures.

What You’ll Do

• Define and execute application and cloud security strategies.
• Lead secure design reviews, threat modeling, and risk assessments.
• Implement advanced security practices and tools (e.g., CSPM, SAST, secrets management).
• Collaborate cross-functionally to embed security in the development lifecycle.
• Manage a team of security experts, fostering a high-performance culture.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in security architecture, cloud security, or related fields.
• 5+ years in leadership roles, with a strong engineering background.
• Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, and modern DevOps practices.
• Expertise in application security, penetration testing, and cloud-native security tools.
• Advantage: Familiarity with cryptographic principles and security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
