Bookkeeper

The XM Cyber platform enables companies to rapidly prioritize and respond to cyber risks affecting their business-sensitive systems.

We are looking for an organized, highly motivated, dedicated Bookkeeper to join our growing finance team, reporting directly to the Controller. You will be part of our day-to-day accounting operations and monthly closing process.

Responsibilities

• Take a significate part in AP process -vendor invoices, Credit cards vendors
• Direct communication with vendors on an ongoing basis
• Conduct reconciliation of the company's bank accounts and credit card activities
• Travel & employee reimbursement system including reviewing expenses reports, Communicate with employees, including employees overseas.
• Support all monthly, quarterly, and year-end consolidated closings
• Monthly and yearly submissions to the tax authorities (VAT, Tax, etc.)
• Fixed assets management
• Assist and support in the external audit process
• Ad hoc accounting projects as needed
  
  

• Certified bookkeeper (Minimum level 2)
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in managing NetSuite – Must
• Great communication skills, written and spoken in English – Must
• Working in a multi-currency system
• Strong Excel skills
• A true team player willing to work under pressure
• Curious, proactive, loves to help others, and excited by getting things done
• Attention to details, follow-up, and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
