What You’ll Do

As one of the first engineers, you’ll play a key role in delivering production-grade software end-to-end. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and developing reliable, scalable microservices.
• Transforming product requirements into technical specifications and efficient solutions.
• Developing AI-driven features that enhance automation, lead generation, and communication tools.
• Choosing the right third-party tools and technologies for each challenge.
• Ensuring performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Collaborating in an agile environment to meet aggressive timelines.
• Continuously learning and adapting to new technologies and programming languages.
• Mentoring team members to elevate the team’s technical expertise.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking top-talent engineers with a proven track record of delivering results.

Must-Haves:

• 6+ years of experience in engineering roles (developer, tech-lead, or architect).
• 2+ years of hands-on programming in statically typed languages.
• 2+ years of experience with microservices architecture.
• 1+ years of experience with Kubernetes (K8s).
• 1+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong skills in designing and implementing complex solutions.
• Ability to choose the best tools, technologies, and languages for the job.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with event-driven architecture solutions.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks like ReactJS, Angular2+, or Vue.
