Product Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the development and maintenance aspects of our product, provide professional support (both technical and business), and drive technological advancements. The ideal candidate will collaborate with technical support teams, developers, QA teams, architects, and project managers to design long-term solutions and ensure system stability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the product’s development and maintenance processes.
• Provide technical and business-oriented support for the product.
• Manage and oversee critical incident investigations and implement solutions.
• Stabilize, improve, and streamline system processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define long-term system solutions.
• Guide and manage end-to-end (E2E) development and testing processes.
• Drive the product’s technological advancements.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 6 years of experience in product management.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or Information Systems Management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of REST interfaces and Client-Server architecture.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proven experience in understanding, analyzing, and defining complex business processes.
• Hands-on experience with Client-Server Architecture.
• Solid knowledge of REST and SOAP protocols.
• High self-learning capabilities.
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
• Work experience in an Agile team.
• Familiarity with Cloud Architecture- Advantage
• Experience with Microservices Architecture- Advantage
• Writing SQL queries.
• Experience with Postman, Confluence, Jira, and creating reports/alerts in Splunk.
