Marketing & Product Designer

Gable is an all-in-one workplace software solution for companies to manage their remote & hybrid teams: access a global network of on-demand spaces, book desks and rooms at their own offices, welcome visitors, and orchestrate events.

About this role

• We are looking for a creative and passionate Designer to partner with our Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to design top-notch marketing and product assets.
• You’ll create marketing collaterals that include graphics, images, landing pages, emails, presentations, ads, and print across multiple channels (Website, Ads, Events, and more).
• You'll collaborate with our product team to contribute to the design of features and user experiences, helping shape the look and feel of our platform.
• This is a full-time role

What you will do

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand and translate business objectives into compelling visual solutions that align with our marketing and product objectives
• Create visually appealing graphics, banners, social media posts, and other digital assets for online marketing campaigns:

⦾ Assist in the design and optimization of website elements to improve user experience and drive conversion.

⦾ Design visually appealing email templates and graphics for email marketing campaigns.

⦾ Create engaging visuals for social media platforms, considering the specific requirements and dimensions for each channel.

• Support the product design team by contributing to the creation of UI elements, mockups, and user flows for new features:

⦾ Brainstorm and generate initial concepts to address user problems and business goals

⦾ Develop product design concepts from client requirements

⦾ Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences

⦾ Work closely with product and engineering to suggest improvements for products

• Ensure brand consistency across all product and marketing channels and materials.
• Be the full owner of your projects from A-Z

Who you are

• 3-5 years of experience in a professional design environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design skills.
• Proven proficiency with industry standard design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with web design tools (Webflow - advantage).
• Video, Motion and After Effects experience - advantage.
• Adaptable, flexible and accountable in meeting tight deadlines and work on several projects simultaneously, and track projects status.
• A proactive and collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in your role.
