MES SME Team Handling

Project Planning,

Co-ordinations with all stakeholders,

Regular Status Reports to senior stakeholders,

Drive the program for TCS towards defined end objectives,

Management of TCS Commercials and Team,

Facilitate On time, On budget delivery as per agreed scope and KPIs,

Risk & Mitigation planning

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
