**Key Responsibilities**
1.Affiliate and Brand Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and advertisers.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates to drive quality traffic to existing brands within the network.
- Collaborate with brands to identify and fulfill traffic needs.
2. Network Operations
- Manage the daily operations of the affiliate network, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns.
- Oversee traffic quality and compliance, leveraging internal tools and systems.
- Conduct fraud detection and ensure adherence to network policies.
4. Team Collaboration and Training
- Work closely with internal departments, including Backoffice, Control, and Technology teams, to ensure seamless network operations.
- Provide affiliates with necessary training and resources to maximize their performance.
5. System Management
- Utilize and oversee affiliate management platforms such as GetLinked and other internal tools.
- Ensure proper setup and management of campaigns, cascading logic, and reporting tools.
