Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our team in a 24/7 factory environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production while adhering to safety and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting with rotating shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines
• Prepare and set up workpieces, ensuring proper cleaning and surface preparation
• Mix and prepare solutions according to specified formulas and guidelines
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed
• Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring they meet specified depth, clarity, and appearance requirements
• Keep accurate records of process parameters, maintenance activities
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work area
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.support 24/7 operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certification is a plus.
• Line Operator or similar role (some technical background)
• Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Basic understanding of chemical handling and safety protocols.
• Strong team-playing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and contribute positively to group efforts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
