Business Project Manager – ELINT Division

The Intelligence and EW Department at ELTA is seeking a Business Project Manager for the ELINT Division.

What will you do:

• Lead the project from initiation to delivery and transition to the maintenance phase.
• Manage the development, production, and delivery of ELINT systems with a budget of tens of millions of dollars.
• Oversee all financial and contractual aspects with customers and subcontractors in Israel and abroad.
• Manage the project team and coordinate interfaces within and outside of ELTA.
• Supervise and control the project’s work plan, procurement processes, supply chain, and risk management.
• Meet key project goals, including profitability, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction.

What we're looking for:

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Computer Engineering / Software Engineering / Computer Science – mandatory.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management or system engineering for a large-scale development project (over $20M) – mandatory.
• Experience in project management within the defense industry or military – a significant advantage.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) – mandatory.
• M.Sc. in Engineering / MBA – an advantage.
• Experience managing projects with international customers –advantage.
• Experience managing projects in the intelligence systems field – advantage.
• Knowledge and experience with ELINT and radar systems – advantage.
• Experience in business development/marketing – advantage.
