We are seeking an experienced CRO to focus on strategic planning, sales and marketing, and on our partnership relationships.
In this key position on our executive team, you will execute current and future corporate strategic plans, focusing on expansion to new customer segments, markets and partnerships, while ultimately strengthening operations. You will play an instrumental role in creating future strategic plans with the goal of boosting revenue streams.
Objectives of this Role:
- Corporate strategy: Partner with other members of the executive team to execute the current corporate strategic plan and build and execute future Go-to-Market strategies. Align with marketing, product and CX functions to create great product and pricing strategies. You will provide key business insights related to customer segmentation, industry trends, emerging markets, economic indicators, and key competitors both globally and within each region.
- Global sales team performance management: Build and implement a streamlined international sales methodology that also serves our local markets’ needs, set and improve sales performance KPIs, provide coaching and guidance for our commercial sales teams to ensure cross-regional team success.
- Revenue Growth & Profitability: Monitor and adjust our sales leads and sales pipeline processes as necessary, to create sustainable growth and drive initiatives to increase revenue and profitability. You will create a strong and successful pricing strategy, maximize reach and efficiency by adding new, scalable Partnerships (ISVs, OEMs) oversee sales execution, and identify new market opportunities to increase revenues across all markets.
- Customer Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders and align with internal CX functions to improve the individual customer experience and strategy. You will support a customer-centric approach that understands and anticipates customers’ needs and business growth direction.
- Sales Infrastructure:
- Contract Management: Create and maintain a contractual framework, negotiate and approve key contracts, partnerships, and agreements, ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations.
- Pricing Policy
- Cross-sales – Cross territory & within our LOBs
- Manage Internal Interfaces: Work closely with the organization’s revenue-generating departments, as well as operations, finance, and product development, to align efforts and to ensure performance, strategy, and cross-functional initiatives to support the company’s commercial goals. driving sales activities through direct sales and partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- 10+ years leading regional sales divisions for global software companies with operations in the US and European markets
- Proven track record of growing revenue through direct sales, multiple segments, and partnerships
- Proven experience developing and executing business strategy and implementing revenue growth
- Significant general management and P&L experience
- Ability to craft and execute a business strategy
- History of decision-making based on business metrics
- Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach
- Fluent level of English and Hebrew
- MBA—or equivalent advanced degree
- Ability to travel globally
