About The Position

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Revenue Operations to join our dynamic team. This position will support the Revenue department in optimizing our revenue processes and ensuring efficient operations across sales, marketing, and customer success. The ideal candidate will be analytical, organized, and eager to learn about the intricacies of revenue management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Revenue Operations Manager and other team members as needed.
• Support the sales team by managing sales data, tracking performance metrics, and generating reports.
• Help maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Collaborate with marketing to analyze campaign performance and contribute to revenue forecasting.
• Participate in cross-departmental projects aimed at improving operational processes and customer experiences.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for revenue growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field 
• 2+ Years of experience in a similar role
• Analytical skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
