Global Training Specialist - Job Description

Prelysis,  a high-tech cyber company with a unique web application product, is seeking a Global Cyber Training Specialist to join our Learning team. This role requires an innovative professional who can deliver comprehensive training on our cutting-edge web application, its capabilities, and best practices. The ideal candidate will work closely with Delivery, Support, and Customer Success departments.

Responsibilities

·     Conduct in-depth training sessions on our proprietary web application for diverse audiences: internal teams, partners, and customers

·     Develop and deliver comprehensive intelligence, cyber and web application training materials in English and Hebrew

·     Create robust onboarding programs for new employees, focusing on our web application and cybersecurity practices

·     Manage end-user customer training programs, emphasizing products capabilities

·     Contribute to internal knowledge management initiatives related to our cyber web application

·     Innovate and modernize our e-learning platforms and methodologies to keep pace with evolving cyber capabilities and mothodologies

·     Execute special projects as assigned by department leadership

·     Lead and organize customer events - both physical and virtual - showcasing our web application's capabilities

·     Maintain external knowledgebase and portal with up-to-date information on our web application

Requirements

- Extensive training and learning development experience in cyber or intelligence domain and/or  web applications

- Excellent English communication skills

- Strong technology orientation with a focus on cyber , intelligence and web applications

- Flexibility in working hours (global role)

- Intelligence and cyber background preferred

- Creative approach and excellent presentation skills for engaging diverse audiences

- Strong project coordination capabilities

- Experience in developing and implementing e-learning solutions for complex technical products

- Knowledge management background in the cybersecurity field

- Willingness to travel to customer sites (1 week per month)

- Foreign passport (preferred)
