Job Description:
Managing a pharmaceutical chemical facility under GMP conditions.
Transferring API preparation processes from the laboratory stage to pilot production.
Managing API production in the pilot plant while ensuring quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Meeting deadlines with a focus on continuous improvement and initiating new processes to enhance unit performance.
Identifying, analyzing, and resolving production issues, including managing investigations.
Writing work instructions, procedures, and reports in both Hebrew and English.
Leading a team of employees.
Requirements:
Chemical Engineer – Must
Knowledge and understanding of organic chemistry – Must
Proven managerial experience and ability to motivate employees.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Experience in chemical production - advantage.
High-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
