Project M is a pioneering digital health startup, driven by a team of highly experienced and passionate researchers, engineers, and clinicians. Our mission is to reduce clinical variation, improve patient outcomes, and lower healthcare costs. Having successfully completed a proof of concept in the pre-seed incubation stage at Tel Aviv and Sheba Medical Centers, we are now expanding and entering an exciting growth phase.

Our innovative technology uses Causal and Generative AI models trained on extensive healthcare datasets, helping clinicians navigate patients toward the best possible outcomes. By tackling the challenge of clinical variation, we aim to create a future where patient care is more consistent, effective, and efficient.

Who We Are Looking For

We are hiring our first Product Manager, a critical role in defining and shaping our product strategy. You will lead the charge in developing our core products, ensuring alignment with the needs of clinicians, patients, and stakeholders. This is an exceptional opportunity to build the product function at Project M from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements from users, clinicians, and stakeholders.
• Work closely with the engineering, data science, and clinical teams to translate requirements into actionable plans.
• Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.
• Monitor key product metrics to assess performance, drive continuous improvement, and inform future development.
• Collaborate with leadership to align the product vision with business goals and long-term strategy.

What You Should Bring

• Experience: Product management experience, preferably in digital health, healthcare technology, or AI-driven products.
• Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving the development of innovative products.
• Execution Excellence: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver high-impact results in fast-paced environments.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Ability to empathize with users and solve real-world problems through data-driven insights.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.

• Academic Background: A degree in sciences, with preference given to candidates holding a master’s degree or higher.
