System Administrator

We are looking for a skilled System Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, upgrade, and install company servers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage and support Microsoft Active Directory, integrated with Azure AD.
• Oversee and maintain the Office 365 environment, focusing on Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Implement and enforce the company’s security policies across all devices and users.
• Perform regular backups and ensure efficient recovery processes.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a System Administrator.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise with Windows Servers, Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and Microsoft Entra.
• Proficiency with management and monitoring tools, particularly Manage Engine (OPManager, Endpoint Central, ADManager).
• Strong knowledge of Office 365 products.
• Experience with VMware infrastructure installation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with storage and backup solutions, especially Veeam Backup.
• Solid understanding of networking principles and hands-on experience with network hardware configuration.

Hardware Experience:

• Hands-on experience with Fortinet products (virtual appliances, firewalls, switches, access points).
• Familiarity with Cisco solutions, including Umbrella, Email Security, and DUO.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining clear and effective communication.
• Willingness to provide after-hours support when necessary.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.

Nice to Have:

• Certifications such as MCITP, MCSE, VCP, or CCNA.
• Experience with MetaDefender OPSWAT products (Core, MDSS, Vault, Kiosk).
• Knowledge of F5 products.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
