Marketing Operations Associate

We are looking for a versatile Junior Marketing Operations Associate who can juggle diverse responsibilities at the same time. In this role, you will be responsible for planning events from A to Z, setting up all the different marketing campaigns, maintaining scalable marketing operations processes and more.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive management of events, from initial planning to final execution: from managing vendors to handling promotion, communicating internally with the team, tracking the events’ performance, ensuring contacts are followed up with and more.
• Support marketing efforts with ongoing operations within HubSpot and Salesforce (forms, workflows, landing pages, emails, campaigns, lists, reports…)
• Understand the customer journey, lead flows and routing through our systems and oversee the collection, enrichment, scoring and assignment of leads

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or experience in a similar position (Marketing Ops, Marketing Automation, Full-Stack Marketing, Events Manager)
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and excel in a high-paced environment with changing and evolving responsibilities
• Excellent planning, organization, and project management skills
• Exceptional attention to details
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiastic team player who can build strong relationships with peers and thrive in an highly collaborative setting

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong tech stack: HubSpot & Salesforce or any other CRM knowledge
