A FinTech American company is looking for a Compensation Benefits Specialist.
An opportunity to transition from payroll to benefits management.
The role involves implementing and executing the company's benefits policy, including:
- Working with benefit providers such as health insurance, pensions, study funds, catering services, and more.
- Deep understanding of payroll processes.
- Managing external vendors.
- Collaborating with the global benefits team.
Responsibilities:
- Function as the subject matter expert on benefits and retirement programs; resolve issues, escalations, and close them in a timely manner.
- Lead healthcare, pension, and wellness administrations, including ongoing audit activities.
- Build strong partnerships with internal teams (Strategy, Systems/IT, Payroll, etc.) and external vendor partners.
- Build effective vendor management activities, including setting up ongoing vendor partner meetings on a consistent basis (monthly, quarterly, etc.) to review service improvement opportunities, member satisfaction results on customer service, and website efficiencies.
- Process monthly vendor invoices to ensure accurate administrative fees and enrolments are applied.
Skills:
- Minimum 5 years’ benefits program management experience required.
- Deep knowledge of benefits-related regulations and compliance requirements for health and pension programs.
- Expert in health and welfare benefit programs, including healthcare, life, and wellbeing benefits.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew.
