Technical Project Manager

Project Management and Leadership from End to End – starting from planning stages, defining scope, outlining the framework, building the work plan, and ending with delivery and system stabilization in production.

Driving all involved parties – business side, IT teams, and suppliers, conducting managerial routines, and reporting at different levels.

Risk management, conflict resolution, and crisis management.

Control and adherence to scope, schedule, quality, and budget.

Requirements:

• Academic education, advantage for background in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Finance.
• Experience in managing large, integrated projects (3 years or more).
• Ability to manage interfaces between all project stakeholders, leading various teams in a matrix management approach.
• Experience in leading cross-functional processes, spanning across systems.
• Technological and systemic understanding, with knowledge of core systems and digital channels.
• High communication skills, ability to present to senior management.
• Experience in Agile work environments and familiarity with project management tools.
