Lecturer

The Department of Special Education within the Faculty of Education at the University of Haifa invites applications for a tenure track faculty position with an emphasis on autism and neurodevelopmental conditions in research areas related to special education, cognitive development, language and communication, sensory disorders, rehabilitation, and assistive technology.

Position Requirements:

• Strong research record in one of the fields related to special education as listed above.

• Doctoral degree (PhD or comparable) in education, psychology, neuroscience, communication sciences and disorders, linguistics or other related fields.

• Postdoctoral training of one year or more in an accredited academic institution outside Israel.

• Reprints of three representative publications

• Three letters of recommendation emailed separately

We expect the position to start in the 2025-2026 academic year. The call is open to all academic degrees and is subject to academic and budgetary considerations of the university.
